Girl Guiding Carmarthenshire held a very successful Annual General Meeting on Saturday 13th November 2004 at the Amman Centre, the guest speaker was Mr Roger Thomas, Chief Executive, Countryside Commission for Wales. We have been very fortunate in receiving £300 worth of goods from the Better Neighbourhood scheme run by B&Q, so a very big thank you to Pauline Walters and all the staff at B&Q Carmarthen. In addition, N&P Design, Swansea donated paint and Robert Tout, Ammanford provided free van hire to collect the goods from B&Q. The goods will spruce up our hall and make it safer and more secure for the girls. |
